Party terms of service

By checking the box on the party booking form you are agreeing that you have read and agree with these Terms.

  1. You must call the store within 48 hours of booking any party so that our staff can fill out your party form and relay important information about your party and our services. (If no contact is made in this time period we may cancel your reservation so please call us)

  2. All deposits are non refundable period.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel your party at any time.

  4. You are responsible for all of the guests at your party and any damaged or missing items from your party. 

  5. We reserve the right to stop your party and ask your party to leave if you fail to follow our store policies.

  6. We do our best to make sure the facility is clean and all systems are working. We cannot however guarantee that as sometimes things break or events that are out of our hands do happen. 

  7. Your party must be paid in full prior to or at the beginning of the party.

  8. A $15 Gratuity will be added to each party at the time of payment. (If you would like explanation please ask)

  9. Party size should be restricted to 32 guests or less for optimal experience.

  10. Epic parties require 14 days minimum notice.

  11. Any party booked within 48 hours of the party is subject to a $25 fee.

  12. Foods you CAN bring include Pizza,Cake,Cupcakes,Cookies,Juice,Water. You should bring your own utensils and plates etc for items you bring. You can NOT bring other foods or drinks without prior permission. We have pop machines in the lobby and this is part of our agreement with them.

  13. Add On Arcade Option is not available on Saturdays only. But a discounted rate of $6 per person is available.

  14. Arcade options are $80 for up to 15 guests or $40 for 7 guests. (Saturdays Excluded)
